He is the founder and Principal Partner of ABIKE CHAMBERS. 

Abiola received his Law Degree in 1992 from the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, before he was enrolled to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on December 15, 1993.  He started his Legal Practice with  BONAJO BADEJO SAN & CO Lagos from November 1993 to December 1994.  By providence, he moved his practice to Ibadan in January, 1995 when he joined the law firm of Tunde Abimbola & CO. till May, 1995.

He has always had a vision of a first-class law firm.  This became a reality on 17th July 1995 when he established ABIKE CHAMBERS®, one of the leading law firms in commercial litigation and advisory legal services emerging from Ibadan.

Isiaka Abiola Olagunju, SAN, is an active Bar Man; He was: (a) the Social Secretary Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ibadan Branch 2000-2001,:(b)the First National Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) (2006-2008) (c) Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association Human Rights Institute (NBAHRI) (2008-2010), (d) Member, National Executive Council (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association, (2006 till date) (e) Member, International Bar Association Pro bono Committee, (f) Member, National Technical Committee on the Provision of Pro Bono Legal Services for Children in Conflict with the Law and Setting up family courts in Nigeria, Secretary NBA 2010 Election Committee, Council Member, Section on Legal Practice of NBA (2013 -2016), Prosecutor, Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) 2014-2016,  Member, Committee for the establishment of Family Courts in Oyo State Judiciary (2015-2016). Elected as General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (August 2016- August 2018), appointed a member of the Body of Benchers of Nigeria (2017-2020), and a National Officer of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Aare Isiaka Abiola Olagunju SAN is an experienced and skilled advocate who handled many cases reported in several law reports. He is committed to exceeding clients’ expectations, thereby earning his client’s trust.

He has attended several International Conferences and Workshops. He is widely recognized in the Legal community and, as a result, he is frequently called upon to advise on various topics relating to Land Law, Labour Law, Mediation, Arbitration Negligence and Nuisance, Commercial Transactions, Regulatory Compliance, Electoral Matters, and Taxation Law.

On the 3rd of September 2020, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission. (OYSIEC), a statutory state government agency established to conduct, manage and coordinate elections in the Local Government Councils of Oyo State. In appreciation of his contributions to legal practice, the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC) conferred on him the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), an equivalent of Queens Counsel (QC), on 14th   December 2020. He is happily married with children.

Olajumoke is the head of Chambers. She is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife. She graduated in 2010 and then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja campus, where she obtained her BL. She was called to the Nigerian Bar on 14th February 2012. She cut her teeth in law practice when she joined the firm of Olayinka Bolanle & Co. (Providence Chambers) Ibadan as a litigator, where she adeptly handled a wide range of cases.

She proceeded to Ilorin, Kwara State, where she joined the chambers of Tafa Ahmed & Co. She handled excellent Property and Conveyancing matters, Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, among others. She is a family law practitioner and a child’s and women’s rights advocate. She is a legal analyst and has been featured a number of times on radio, live stream online events, and on-site Seminars. She is an accredited agent of the Corporate Affairs Commission and has successfully handled several pre- and post-Incorporation matters.

Olajumoke believes in teamwork and her amiable character enables clients to open up to her on various issues. Her enthusiastic attitude to her duties makes her an indispensable member of the firm.
She is a hardworking, focused, dynamic, resourceful, results-oriented person. Her area of specialization include: Civil Litigation, Property and Conveyance law, Corporate Practice, Family Law, and Arbitration.

Lethfy started his legal experience when he was employed at the   Court of Appeal, where he worked between 1982 and 2016 when he retired. While in service, he attended Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, for his diploma in Law between 1999-2001. His passion for law urged him to proceed to the University of Ilorin for his law degree, which he obtained in 2005.

He attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus in 2006 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007. While in service, he has served as Secretary Election Petition Tribunal in various states.

After his retirement, he joined Abike Chambers as a counsel in May 2017.

His practice areas include Litigation, Property, and Conveyancing practice.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Rotary International, Rotaract International, Muslim Lawyers Association, and St. John’s Ambulance.

His hobbies include traveling and reading.

Ayotunde is a Counsel at Abike Chambers who collaborates with other in-house counsels to deliver vanguard solutions to meet the needs of the firm’s clients. She is an innovative lawyer experienced in developing case strategies and writing persuasive briefs.

Ayotunde bagged her law degree from the University of Ibadan. She also holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Language Arts from the same University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She previously worked as the Head of Human Resources for Marsh FJC Int’l Insurance Brokers (a leading insurance broking firm), where she was instrumental to the post-merger building and implementation of structures within the organization as well as formulation and implementation of best practice policies and procedures and compliance with same.

Surajudeen is a law graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He attended the Nigerian Law School Abuja campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He joined Abike Chambers in June 2012 and has gathered extensive experience in Corporate, Commercial, Property, and Conveyance, and Criminal matters. He is motivated, hardworking, and intelligent and always handles matters painstakingly and achieves remarkable results.

Surajudeen possesses a vast understanding of intricate legal issues in his chosen area of practice, adept to working under pressure and delivering on any task assigned to him with very minimal supervision.

His practice areas include Litigation and Advocacy, Property and Conveyancing Practice, Corporate Practice, and General Solicitors Work.

TAIWO obtained her LL.B Degree from the University of Abuja, Gwagwalada, Abuja in 2018. She advanced to the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos Campus, where she bagged her B.L. as the Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria after being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019.

She began her law practice at Maritus Legal Consult, Awka, Anambra State, during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), where she co-prosecuted criminal matters and drafted court processes in relation to same. She ventured to explore her career at Enos Jacob & Co (Vine Chamber) where she was involved in Negotiation and other options of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Corporate Practice, Property and Conveyance, Legal Drafting, and Legal Research.

Taiwo joined Abike Chambers in 2022 to further seek professional expertise and experience.

She possesses excellent management skills and industry knowledge in Project Management and general leadership as a certified and chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

She is hardworking, honest, reliable, creative, and goal-oriented. Her practice area includes Debt Recovery, Litigation, Corporate Law, Property and Conveyance, and General Solicitor’s Work.

She is a Partner in the firm and oversees our Lagos office.  She is in charge of the Immigration and International Franchise Department.  She successfully represented one of the country’s largest Bank in a receivership claim instituted against one of its acute debtors.

Motolani has attended several International and Local Conferences, Workshops, and Seminars and has written and published several papers on her field of specialization.  

Motolani holds LL.B. Degree from the University of Lagos (1988) and was enrolled to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989.  Before joining Abike Chambers on 17th July 2004, she is the Principal Partner of Motolani Akinlusi and Company.

She is a member of the International Bar Association and Assistant Legal Adviser of the Nigeria-International Franchise Association.

Ishola is a 2008 law graduate of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State. He attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He bagged his LLM from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2014.

He started his legal career with Kola Olayiwola & Co, Osogbo before joining Abike Chambers in 2012. He has a passion for litigation and is a competent brief writer; he is also actively involved in other areas of practice particularly Land, Property and Conveyancing Practice and Criminal Law.

As head of litigation, he oversees the monitoring and assignation of all the cases that the team handles within and outside the state.

He has attended various Bar conferences and seminars.
